Además de una buena organización defensiva, es fundamental apuntar al tackle ofensivo (o positivo) y el estar de pie inmediatamente para poder pescar la pelota.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambos gestos (el tackle y la pesca de la pelota), solo podrán ser ejecutados en óptimas condiciones por jugadores potentes. esto significa, jugadores que puedan ejercer mucha fuerza y/o velocidad en un tiempo mínimo, por ejemplo, para levantarse del piso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estos dos ejercicios muestran trabajos de potencia relacionados con el teckle y la pesca. Es fundamental respetar determinadas claves técnicas de ejecución y hacerlo a alta intensidad, acercando así el entrenamiento lo más posible a la realidad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En cuanto a claves técnicas, es importante:&lt;br /&gt; *Delimitar la zona de entrada (o "puerta") por donde entrar a la formación. En este caso, dos conos ubicados 2mts antes del escudo cumplen esa función.&lt;br /&gt; *Ir a flexoextensión de brazos previo a la entrada ubica al jugador en una posición más baja, favoreciendo la flexión de rodillas y la espalda paralela al piso. Los desplazamientos marcha atrás por un lado aumentan la intensidad del trabajo, y por el otro, contribuyen al resposicionamiento en el juego. Esto es importante destacar, ya que por mucho tiempo solamente se trabajó en el desplazamiento hacia adelante, olvidando que los jugadores deben resposicionarse rápidamente y siempre mirando al rival.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las pausas entre las estaciones son la clave para orientarlas en una correcta planificación. En esta oportunidad se trabaja el gesto técnico del ruck, variando las posibles entradas a la formación: ya sea limpiando a un oponente que se encuentra erguido, o a otro que está más cercano al piso, en una probable situación de pesca de la pelota.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para recrear estas dos posibles oposiciones en el ruck se utilizaron dos disposiciones oponente/elemento diferentes.
